Design and implementation of an automatic dispensing management solution within the Lebanese Military Healthcare

The objective of this project is to design and implement an automatic dispensing management infrastructure for pharmaceuticals in the Lebanese Military Hospital

The design should:

• Specify the number of stations and locations on the hospital layout
• Design the dispensing channels and schedules
• Develop the coding for pharmaceuticals and data entry

Evaluate cost savings and staff savings following implementation
