Detecting driving manners using accelerometer data
The aim of this project is analyzing the driving behavior of individuals. This device will help company owners or parents to monitor the driving manners of their employees or children, to save maintenance costs or even save lives. The project uses inexpensive sensors, PIC microcontroller and I.C chips to track the driving performance, analyze it and then notify the car owner through a phone application that will be connected to the device through Bluetooth
