Charbel Fakhoury

Charbel Fakhoury is a strategic technology and business leader with more than three decades of experience building, scaling, and transforming digital businesses across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, and Americas. With a foundation in computer science and executive education from Wharton and INSEAD, he combines deep technology knowledge with strong commercial, operational, and people leadership. During his career at Microsoft, Charbel held senior regional and global leadership Vice President roles, where he led large multinational teams, managed multi-billion-dollar businesses, and helped customers accelerate digital transformation. His impact includes building Microsoft’s presence in emerging markets, leading award-winning subsidiaries, improving customer experience and organizational capability, and creating new global service models. As co-founder of Eureka 460 Partners, he continues to support innovative technology startups in health-tech, fintech, AI and core-tech, while also contributing to education, mentorship, gender equality, and social impact initiatives.
