The project is a residential building located in Mansourieh, Metn on a land area of 1,290 m2. The building has 4 basements with an area of 699 m2, and a height of 2.43m, a ground floor with an area of 699 m2, 8 typical stories with an area of 675 m2 and a height of 2.73m and a roof with an area of 610 m2 and a height of 2.87m. The typical stories are composed of 3 apartments per floor and the basements are parking spots for the apartments.
