Design of a Residential Building (2)

Objective:

The objective of this project was to determine the required duration and overall cost for successful completion. To do this, I prepared detailed quantity take-offs for all project elements, including structural works and MEP components. I then developed the schedule by studying the relationships and dependencies among the various activities. In addition, I optimized the workflow through time–cost trade-off analysis and resource leveling, aiming to better distribute labor, enhance efficiency, and understand the financial effects of accelerating the project.
