Design of a Residential Building (3)

The project consists of a 14 story building located in Khalde, Aley, Mt. Lebanon, with 3 floors of underground parking. The building consists of 3 parking floors of 1875 m2 in area each and 3.5 m in height, 1 ground floor of 1085m2 in size and 3.7m in height and 13 residential stories with 3 apartments each, at a total space of 875 m2/floor and 4.2 m in height.  Total building height is 58.5 m, and land elevation lies between 114.85m to 131m above sea level. The land is of C1 classification according to Choueifat municipality, and fig 5 shows description for a C1 land.
