Design of a Residential Building (5)

The project involves a reinforced concrete residential building located in Ballouneh, Mount Lebanon, situated on a land area of approximately 1,208 m². The development consists of three basement levels, each with a floor area of about 545 m², a ground floor with an area of 375 m², and ten typical stories, each covering 375 m² and comprising two residential apartments per floor. The vertical configuration of the structure includes basement heights of 3.10 m, a ground floor height of 2.80 m, and typical story heights of 2.80 m, resulting in an overall building height of approximately 32 m above ground level. These geometric and spatial characteristics form the basis for the project’s quantity take-off, structural calculations, and construction scheduling.
