Flip-Top Cap Sorting Machine (1)
This project aims to design and develop an automated flip-top cap sorting and closing machine for packaging applications. The system integrates a feeder, a conveyor for precise transfer, and an actuator mechanism for consistent closure. The caps should be placed in the same orientation. Emphasis is placed on optimizing reliability, repeatability, and throughput while minimizing human intervention. Sensors and PLC-based control ensure synchronization, fault detection, and adaptive operation. The study contributes to advancing automation in packaging by enhancing productivity and product quality.
