Abstract
The project developed a methodological framework for calculating the cost of passenger mobility in Lebanon and similar contexts where data and information are scarce. The cost of mobility includes the capital and operating costs of the vehicle, as well as externality costs. A scenario analysis was performed to propose policy recommendations for reducing the cost of mobility by optimizing the spending on each component of the overall cost.
