A Multidisciplinary Approach to Food Waste Reduction and Resource Optimization
Food waste remains a pressing global issue, contributing to greenhouse gas emissions, resource depletion, and food insecurity. My vision is to lead a multidisciplinary, multi-year project aimed at comprehensively addressing food waste across the household, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. This project will combine expertise from food science, environmental engineering, data analytics, and behavioral science to create a robust model for food waste reduction, repurposing, and policy recommendations.
