President Obama recognizes our brilliant alumni Ziad Sankari as one of the Top Entrepreneurs

One of our brilliant alumni, Ziad Sankari, was recognized by President Obama for his innovation and entrepreneurship. Mr. Sankari graduated from LAU with a BE in Computer Engineering in 2007 before joining the Ohio State University on a U.S. Fulbright scholarship to earn an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2010. Mr. Sankari has been a part-time instructor at the School of Engineering promoting technology innovation and entrepreneurship.
